The Career Human Library (CHL) programme is TAC’s signature career exploration programme, which provides participants access to a diverse network of working professionals whose work contributes to the world around us in different but meaningful ways.

It utilises the “Human Library'' format where working professionals are each a human book that participants could “borrow” and interact with. Making use of specially-designed book-related resources, such as each human book’s book cover and content page, the CHL makes it more likely for participants to have a meaningful conversation with the working professionals.
