Beyond immediate and seemingly practical needs, our society is also maturing and growing to appreciate the value of arts and aesthetics in our well-being, and in understanding the complex human condition and diversity. To this end, we see growing interest from youths in pursuing careers that can contribute to a Beautiful World. 

Many youths today are passionate about social issues and are taking action to ensure greater inclusivity in society - gender equality, race & religion, local-foreigner relations, persons with disabilities, and so on. Among both students and young professionals, there is an increasing trend of civic participation in meaningful careers and causes that contribute towards an Inclusive World.

Safety issues have been an ongoing consideration in every society, exacerbated by shifting geopolitical dynamics and massive digitalisation in recent times. These macro factors have also influenced our internal environment and the awareness of safety issues in Singapore, giving rise to an increased interest in meaningful careers that can contribute to a Safe World, both physically and digitally.
