About Community Connectors - Pasir Ris (17 May 2025)
The Active Ageing Centre (AAC) plays an integral role in the social aspect of seniors' health. As a Community Connector, you will be involved in engaging with and assisting the staff at the AAC by outreaching to seniors living in Pasir Ris to support the staff with their core work in providing assistance to the seniors.
This opportunity is brought to you by the Youth Corps Development Team (Care Corner), only open to volunteers aged 17 to 35 years old.
