EQUAL partners with animals to provide experiential and educational programmes that help empower vulnerable persons such as children, youths, persons with special needs, families, and seniors by enhancing their social and emotional well-being and supporting social integration in a safe environment - building resilience and inclusive communities.
Befriender Role 1: Reporting Place (Tampines Nursing Home at 1:00pm)
Befriender Role 2: Reporting Place (Equal Horse stable located at 100 Jalan Mashor Singapore 299177 at 2:15pm)
**Volunteers can choose to assemble directly at the stable to receive the seniors or they can assemble at NTUC Health Nursing Home (Tampines) to travel with the seniors to the stable.
This opportunity is brought to you by the Youth Corps Development Team (Care Corner), only open to volunteers aged 17 to 35 years old.
