About Re:ground @ Dungeon - Hands that Flourish: Squeeze the Day
Project Re:ground is an initiative by Youth Corps Singapore, in collaboration with the Health Promotion Board to advocate the importance of youth mental well-being and peer support as a life skill.
Re:ground @ Dungeon is a space where youths can come by and seek respite from the bustle of their daily routine by participating in self-care activities that support their mental well-being.
Come for our themed nights to practice self-care through activities based on a specific theme!
Inspired by the principles of mindfulness, Hands that Flourish invites you to take a mindful pause and let your hands guide the way. Our cozy space encourages you to slow down and reconnect with yourself through the art of hands-on, tactile activities.
In the first session of Hands that Flourish — Squeeze the Day, immerse yourself in a world of gooey, squishy fun. As you craft your own personalised slime, remind yourself to engage fully with the textures and sensations in your hands. Through the mindful process of slime-making, you learn to embrace and accept the moment exactly as it is — messy, playful, and beautifully imperfect!
This is an event opportunity that aims to raise social awareness for your learning and development. No community service is involved; hence service hours will not be awarded.
