About Re:ground @ Dungeon - Hands that Flourish: Canvas of Tomorrow
Project Re:ground is an initiative by Youth Corps Singapore, in collaboration with the Health Promotion Board to advocate the importance of youth mental well-being and peer support as a life skill.
Re:ground @ Dungeon is a space where youths can come by and seek respite from the bustle of their daily routine by participating in self-care activities that support their mental well-being.
Come for our themed nights to practice self-care through activities based on a specific theme!
Hands that Flourish invites you to take a mindful pause and let your hands guide the way as you learn to accept and grow from within. Our cozy space encourages you to slow down and reconnect with yourself through the art of hands-on, tactile activities.
In the second session of Hands that Flourish — Canvas of Tomorrow, map out your goals and dreams for the year ahead! Through a creative vision board activity, you will be able to transform your reflections into visual reminders and watch them come to life! Take the time to celebrate progress and focus on the small steps that lead you toward the person you aspire to become.
This is an event opportunity that aims to raise social awareness for your learning and development. No community service is involved; hence service hours will not be awarded.
