Project Re:ground is an initiative by Youth Corps Singapore, in collaboration with the Health Promotion Board to advocate the importance of youth mental well-being and peer support as a life skill.
Re:ground @ Dungeon is a space where youths can come by and seek respite from the bustle of their daily routine by participating in self-care activities that support their mental well-being.
Come for our themed nights to practice self-care through activities based on a specific theme!

Take a moment to pause and reconnect with yourself. Join us at Starry Night to craft your own personalised stargazing bottle, inspired by your wonder and appreciation for the beauty around you! Slow down, destress, and tap into mindfulness as you work on your calming craft!
This is an event opportunity that aims to raise social awareness for your learning and development. No community service is involved; hence service hours will not be awarded.
