Join us in Rise & Shine to encourage active aging through interactive activities, chair Zumba and over a healthy lunch . This programme aims to enhance both physical and mental well-being for our seniors.

This programme is in partnership with Health Promotion Board.
This is a Youth Corps Singapore opportunity, only open to youths aged 15 to 35 years old.
