Re:ground @ Dungeon – The Scrapbook Club
About Re:ground @ Dungeon – The Scrapbook Club
Project Re:ground is an initiative by Youth Corps Singapore, in collaboration with the Health Promotion Board to advocate the importance of youth mental well-being and peer support as a life skill.
Re:ground @ Dungeon is a space where youths can come by and seek respite from the bustle of their daily routine by participating in self-care activities that support their mental well-being. These sessions are participation opportunities, with participation hours awarded for attending.
Come for our themed nights to practice self-care through activities based on a specific theme!
Make time for yourself this World Mental Health Day with The Scrapbook Club!
In line with World Mental Health Day and this year’s Beyond the Label theme, “Mental Wellness Begins With All Of Us,” take some time to slow down, unwind and reflect on the people, experiences and moments that bring you joy.
Start your mental wellness journey with us through scrapbooking; a simple way to pause, reflect and appreciate the people and experiences that support our well-being.
Through photos, drawings and words, create your own scrapbook celebrating cherished relationships, memorable adventures or personal achievements. Enjoy an evening of creativity and reflection, and take home a keepsake that is uniquely yours. No artistic experience needed!
This is an event opportunity that aims to raise social awareness for your learning and development. No community service is involved; hence hours awarded are participation hours, rather than volunteering or community service hours.
