This session is part of Shaper X FinLit, a financial literacy series designed to help young adults make informed, intentional choices around saving, investing, and retirement planning, without oversimplification or fear-based messaging.

Shaper X FinLit is an initiative of the Global Shapers Community, Singapore, a network founded by the World Economic Forum that connects and empowers young leaders under 30 across 500+ hubs in 155 countries. Global Shapers work at the intersection of policy, community action, and long-term problem-solving, bringing global perspectives to local challenges.

Rooted in this ethos, Shaper X FinLit focuses on practical financial decision-making for Singapore’s youth. Through candid discussions with practitioners and peers, we explore how CPF and SRS function as tools that shape important trade-offs: influencing career flexibility, housing choices, and long-term financial security.
