Graduating soon or early in your career and feeling unsure about what’s next? You’re not alone and you don’t need all the answers to move forward.
Designing Good Work in Uncertain Times is a bold, reflective career-design workshop for youths navigating uncertainty, pressure, and big work decisions. In this 2.5-hour experiential session, you’ll step back from job titles and expectations to explore what Good Work means to you and take one intentional step toward it.
What You’ll Do
- Name the hidden fears, pressures, and emotions around work
- Anchor yourself in your values when things feel unclear
- Discover your Good Work Mix: Recognition, Impact, Expression
- Turn insights into small, realistic next steps
- Build confidence to navigate uncertainty in the Future of Work
Designed specifically for final-year students, fresh grads & early-career youths between 20 and 30 years old. Registration closes 6 March (Friday)!
