This hands-on workshop introduces the fundamentals of mixology through 0% alcohol drink-building, covering balance, flavour layering, and the same techniques used behind the bar. A trained facilitator guides participants through shaking, stirring, and garnishing before everyone builds and tastes their own mocktail creation. No bartending experience needed, just a curiosity for craft and good flavour.
