This hands-on session takes participants through the fundamentals of tea, from origins and processing methods to the major tea families such as green, black, oolong, and white. A trained facilitator leads a guided tasting flight, helping attendees identify aroma, body, and flavour notes along the way. No experience needed, just curiosity — come ready to sharpen your palate and pick up a few new brewing habits.
