Are you a Middle Manager looking for clarity in your professional journey?

We are bringing to you a new event format that guides you towards reclaiming clarity in your professional journey.

 

🗓️ Date: Thursday evenings in July [3, 10, 17, 24 July]

⏰ Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM *Light refreshments included* 😉

📍 Location: Central Business District

 

This is especially suitable for you if you are:

1. A middle manager who feels stuck or misaligned to your career trajectory
2. A team lead navigating a tricky workplace
3. Any people manager seeking career clarity and direction

 

This experience will:

1. Help you through guided reflections on workplace triggers and challenges
2. Support you as you identify patterns and perspectives about your career
3. Empower you to craft a clearer career narrative about your professional goals

 

This experience is run in a drop-in format - come conveniently after work and stay for a minimum of 30 minutes, or longer if you need more time to complete your reflective writing.

 

Our facilitators will be there for light-touch support and offering deeper 1:1 conversations if requested.

 

Included in the $15 cover fee is light refreshment to keep you energised during your reflective journey.

 

Note that we are capping this experience at 8 pax/day. Participants can return for another session if needed to complete their writing prompts.
