About event
Youth Workshops
For youths aged 15 and above
Transitioning from secondary or post-secondary education into the next stage of life is both exciting and challenging. New opportunities await, but so do unfamiliar environments, increased responsibilities, and evolving expectations from educators, employers, peers, and family members.
This two-part interactive and experiential program is designed to equip youths with essential life skills to navigate these transitions with greater confidence and resilience. Participants will learn to:
- Enhance self-awareness and social awareness
- Understand how thoughts influence emotions, behaviours, and decision-making
- Apply practical resilience strategies when facing setbacks, uncertainty, and change
- Communicate more effectively to build trust and positive relationships
Through engaging activities, guided reflection, practical exercises, and group discussions, participants will develop greater emotional intelligence, adaptability, and confidence. These skills will help them manage challenges more effectively, make informed decisions, and create a stronger foundation for success in education, work, and life.
Dates: 22 & 29 August 2026
Time: 1.30pm–5.30pm
