What to expect:

Youths will gain first-hand exposure to the social service sector, including the people, daily work realities and one-to-one mentoring opportunities.

You will be tagged to a Halogen staff mentor in various departments, including Partnerships, Communication, Corporate Office, Community, Academy Operations.

A two-week work attachment to help you build greater confidence in navigating workplace expectations and career pathways

Gain clearer self-understanding of career fit and interests, and make more informed internship and career decisions.
Attachment details:

Duration: 2 weeks during November to December 2026 or January to February 2027 (We will reach out to you via email to discuss and arrange the exact attachment dates during this period)

Working hours: 9.30am to 6pm at Halogen Office

Minimum age requirement: 15 years old and above
