About event

Supporting Women in AI & Cyber: Building a Future Ready Workforce

Join the Digital Defence Alliance Singapore for an inspiring evening celebrating the achievements and contributions of women shaping the future of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and Singapore’s digital economy.

Held in conjunction with the global observance of International Women in Cyber Day, the celebration will bring together leaders from government, industry and academia to recognise women in the sector and strengthen our collective efforts towards building a diverse, inclusive and future ready digital workforce.

More Than a Conversation

As part of the celebration, participants will also embark on a learning journey to TrendAI, providing an opportunity to gain industry insights and explore how artificial intelligence and cybersecurity capabilities are being applied in practice.

The learning journey will complement the evening’s discussions by connecting ideas with real world applications and giving participants greater exposure to developments shaping the future of AI and digital security.

Meaningful Conversations. Actionable Insights. Stronger Pathways.

The evening will feature a fireside chat and a panel discussion titled:

“Supporting Women in AI & Cyber: Building a Future Ready Workforce”

Distinguished leaders from across sectors will explore practical strategies to:

• Strengthen talent development and professional capabilities
• Create clearer leadership and career pathways for women
• Encourage greater participation in cybersecurity and AI
• Build meaningful partnerships across government, industry and academia
• Inspire the next generation of women to shape our digital future

The panel discussion will be moderated by Ms Nathiya Balaiya, Vice President for DDAS Women.
