About event
To support youths Caring for Life (CFL) has developed a Digital Resilience Programme, which has been fully funded by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY). The programme is offered at no cost.
Through engaging and interactive activities, youths will learn to:
- Building a healthy relationship with social media and managing its influence on emotions and self-esteem.
- Using AI as a positive tool for creativity and self-expression, including creating songs to express thoughts and emotions.
- Equipping students to recognise when peers may be seeking help through social media or online chats, and teaching them safe, age-appropriate ways to respond and encourage help-seeking.
Our objective is to equip youths with practical skills that will help them navigate the digital world confidently, build healthy online habits, and support one another as they transition into the next phase of their life.
