Get Ready with Me: First Job Wellbeing Starter Pack Workshop

Starting your first job is exciting, but it can also bring uncertainty, new responsibilities, and pressure to "get it right". This interactive 90-min workshop helps graduating students prepare for the transition from school to work by exploring common challenges faced by new workforce entrants. Participants will gain practical strategies to manage stress, build confidence, and develop healthy habits that support their mental wellbeing as they begin their careers.
