Get Ready with Me: Personalised support for work freshies

The one-to-one EAP sessions provide a safe and confidential space for youths within their first two years of employment to navigate challenges associated with the transition into the workforce. Through 4–6 short-term sessions, participants will work collaboratively with a counsellor to explore concerns such as workplace stress, adjusting to new roles, managing relationships at work, building confidence, clarifying career expectations, and developing coping strategies. The sessions aim to strengthen resilience, support emotional wellbeing, and empower youths to navigate early career challenges while encouraging timely help-seeking when needed.
