Make & Makan: Mid Autumn Edition

Make and Makan is about coming together to make food, share in the process, and enjoy the fruits of our labour together.

For this Mid-Autumn edition, we’ll be making mooncakes and tea jellies together! We’ll also be serving Chinese tea to enjoy alongside our handmade treats.

To make the event more inclusive for Muslim participants, we will use halal-certified ingredients wherever possible. No pork or lard will be used in any of the recipes. Please note that the event and food are not halal-certified.
