Micro-Job Taster: When the Outdoor is a Calling

Curious to sample a possibility of an alternative career in the Outdoor Adventure and Education (OAE) space? 

Since 2019, Bold has been running micro-job tasters in varied industries for youths looking to have a taste of what Work can look like for them in the industries and organisations they are interested in. This November, we return with another micro-job taster experience for OBS instructor aspirants!

In this micro job taster experience, you will get to: 

• Get hands-on and learn OBS’s unique working culture
• Understand the standards and professionalism required to ensure safe and quality programmes
• Discover career pathways and growth opportunities for OBS instructors

This experience is suitable for those who:

• Are 18 years and up, Singaporean/PR
• Strong believers in the transformational abilities of the outdoors
• Desire to coach and journey alongside youths
• Looking to understand more about OBS as a career from existing OBS instructors before committing to the next Instructor Selection Process
