NYC-KPMG Flash Mentoring Programme

As part of the NYC-KPMG Mentoring Programme, we are introducing Flash Mentoring as an opportunity to connect with experienced KPMG mentors through short, focused conversations on topics that matter to you.

Whether you are seeking career advice, guidance on personal branding, insights on leadership, or perspectives on mental well-being, these sessions provide a platform to learn from the experiences and expertise of mentors across the firm.

Held at the KPMG Clubhouse, Flash Mentoring is designed to make mentoring more accessible, enabling meaningful conversations that support your personal and professional development in a convenient and informal setting.

What You'll Experience

• Small-group conversations with an experienced mentor (Max 3 mentees to 1 mentor)
• Mentee assignments will be made based on the selected mentoring theme. While mentor matching is not guaranteed, you are welcome to sign up for multiple sessions to maximise your opportunities to connect with different mentors and gain diverse perspectives.
• An informal and focused setting to discuss specific questions or challenges

Themes for this session

• These are the themes available for this session. Please note that different mentors will be facilitating different themes based on their experience and expertise. You will be randomly assigned to a mentor within your selected theme.
