POV: You're an NYC Officer is a half-day career exploration programme where you'll discover what it’s like to support youth development and create meaningful opportunities for young people. 

 

Take on real-life workplace challenges: 
You'll get to choose two job taster experiences from the activities available on the day, which may include: 

• Youth Leadership Engagement Officer – Design meaningful engagement sessions that respond to the needs and aspirations of youths. 

• Product Manager – Prioritise digital product enhancements by balancing user needs, stakeholder expectations, and practical constraints. 

• Finance Officer – Review finance cases, interpret guidelines, and provide recommendations for different scenarios. 

• Facility Management Officer – Conduct workplace safety checks and plan responses to emergency situations.
