RISE & THRIVE is a youth-led resilience and mindset workshop designed to equip youths with practical skills to navigate challenges, build confidence, and prepare for real-world experiences.
Through engaging and interactive activities, youths will learn to:
- Reflect on challenges, reframe setbacks, and develop practical ways to move forward.
- Build confidence in handling feedback, expectations, teamwork, and unfamiliar situations.
- Strengthen communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills through hands-on activities.
- Take ownership of their next steps and learn when and how to seek support.
Our objective is to equip youths with the resilience, confidence, and practical skills they need to navigate challenges and prepare for their future academic, internship, and workplace experiences.
