About event

Explore how GenAI can help bring important ideas to life through children’s stories — and create stories that help the next generation understand the world around them, with a focus on heat resilience.

Wondering what it is like to work in media production and content creation?

This session gives you a first-hand look at the creative process behind TinyFoot, a children's content and storybook series. Hear from Jakub Piasecki, the creator behind the TinyFoot series (Also the creator of SMRT's iconic Stand-Up Stacey) about his journey into media production, the inspiration behind the series and how GenAI is reshaping the way creators work today.

Whether you are curious about a career in storytelling, children’s media, or the creative industries, this is your chance to see what the work really looks like.

Climate change and rising temperatures can feel abstract when we talk about statistics, policies and long-term impacts. But a good story can make these ideas simple, relatable and memorable.

Join TinyFoot for a hands-on session exploring how children’s stories can help the next generation understand the world around them — and how GenAI can support the creative process.

Anchored in an all-too-familiar reality – heat and rising temperatures, you’ll experiment with turning an important real-world issue into stories, characters and creative content designed for young audiences.
From developing an idea to shaping a narrative and creating visual concepts, you’ll get to experience how storytelling, technology and education can come together to create content that matters.

No writing, design or AI experience needed — just curiosity, creativity and a willingness to experiment.

What you will do during the session:

  • Explore how children’s stories can be used to educate and engage young audiences
  • Learn how to turn a complex real-world issue into an age-appropriate story
  • Experiment with GenAI tools to develop characters, narratives and visual concepts
  • Explore how storytelling can help children understand topics like heat, climate and resilience
  • Create your own piece of children’s content and see how an idea can develop from concept to storyQuestions? Reach us at hello@scoops.sg
