Voices Of Asia iLEAD Mentoring Series | Session 1: Becoming a Future-Ready Leader

Perhaps the most important leadership skill today is not having all the answers, but knowing how to ask better questions.

In a world shaped by AI, rapid change, diverse perspectives and increasingly complex workplaces, leadership is becoming less about authority and more about creating clarity, building trust and enabling others to succeed.

Join us for a short content sharing session, followed by speed mentoring and connecting with experienced mentors. Through reflection and meaningful conversations, you’ll have the opportunity to challenge your assumptions, ask questions and gain practical perspectives on navigating change, influencing others and growing as a leader.

As part of Voices of Asia’s iLEAD programme, this session invites emerging leaders to explore what it means to lead with greater self-awareness, empathy and purpose. Whether you are an emerging leader, first-time manager, youth leader, aspiring entrepreneur, or someone stepping into greater responsibility, iLEAD gives you a space to learn, ask questions, be challenged and grow.

iLEAD is a comprehensive mentoring program specifically designed for aspiring first-time managers, business owners, entrepreneurs, and anyone eager to elevate their leadership skills. iLEAD focuses on developing leadership not simply as a position or title, but as the ability to influence, take responsibility and create a positive impact on others. Through the session, mentees will be paired with seasoned industry professionals who will provide personalized guidance, constructive feedback, and valuable insights.
