Wax Sachet

Join us for a unique experience of walking a mindfulness trail and creating your own wax sachet. With a shared task in front of you, it is easier to ask a question, make a comment, or just see where the conversations go.   That is how a community gets built: one conversation at a time. And belonging is one of the most important things you can build for your mental health, preventing anxiety, depression, and loneliness.   Come for the fun. Leave with a little more practice at connecting, and maybe the start of a community.   This is an activity brought to you by the Growing We social club, a place for practicing social skills in real situations.
