WoFoGo is a transformative training programme designed to guide youths through their journey of self-discovery and social responsibility. This is a unique opportunity for youths who are eager to make a difference but may feel uncertain about how to start. By participating in this programme, they will gain valuable insights, develop essential skills and networks, and foster a mindset geared towards positive change.

 

What You Get

1. Discover your why—what drives you, and how you can blend your values, talents and purpose to make a difference.
2. Gain essential mindset and attitude as you gear up for your first internship or employment, understand how you can communicate with your colleagues and supervisors and navigate the workplace.
3. Learn about impact, sustainability, and how business can be a force for good.
4. Get inspired by people who've turned challenges into change across sectors and industries.
5. After the 2-days training, opt in to continuously access a range of youth events, internship, volunteer and mentorship opportunities with purpose-driven organisations and individuals.

 

Who Should Attend

You (if you are) or if you know someone who is:

1. 15 to 35 years old and curious about the world (and their place in it)
2. Excited to learn, grow, and connect with others - whether they already have a direction or are still finding their path
3. Open to new experiences—and possibly drinking some coffee along the way
4. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to show up with heart and curiosity. We’ll take care of the rest.

 

WoFoGo Journey:

1. Work For Good 2-days training (the core experience)
2. What to expect: A dynamic, 2 full-days in-person training designed to spark self-discovery, build essential life and work skills, and introduce social impact in action.
3. Bi-Monthly Youth Newsletter (Optional)
4. What to expect: Stay in the loop with the newsletter delivered every 2 months - filled with real-world opportunities for volunteering, mentorship, events and internship with industry partners.
5. Micro-internship Opportunities (Optional)
6. What to expect: Short-term, real-world experiences with purpose-driven businesses, like Bettr and other impact partners.
7. Annual Youth Connection Event (Optional, In-Person)
8. What to expect: A once-a-year gathering of young changemakers, industry leaders and like-minded individuals who are seeking find connection, internship, volunteer, mentorship opportunities for yourself.
