Aditya

About me

"I'm Aditya, Head of Product Engineering at Hatcher+, where I've spent the last 9 years building FAAST (Funds as a Service Technology) from the ground up into the company's core platform, including several production AI systems I've built and shipped. I lead a team of 15 across Product and Engineering spanning multiple countries, and I've personally hired and grown most of that team with near-zero attrition. I hold a Master of Computing and a Bachelor of Engineering from NUS. My real strength is 0-to-1 work: taking an idea with no roadmap and turning it into a working product and a functioning team. I can help mentees think through greenfield technical builds, building and shipping AI systems in production, scaling engineering teams across regions, and navigating the path from individual contributor to engineering leadership and eventually CTO or VP of Engineering."

I'm interested in Business and Enterprise, Digital and Technology and Economy and Finance.

I've worked in Financial Services and Infocomm Technology.
