"I'm Aldrich, and I have about three years of experience in public policymaking, currently working on Singapore's energy market. Throughout my career, I've worked with a range of stakeholders, from public agencies such as EnterpriseSG, EDB, and EMA, to key private sector players such as financial institutions and energy market participants, to design policies and schemes that support our economic and energy policy objectives. I hope to help mentees understand possible career paths in policymaking, and to develop their stakeholder engagement, critical thinking, and research skills."
