Amos Ngah

About me

"I’m Amos, with experience in operations and event management supporting large-scale programmes and national initiatives across Singapore. I’ve worked with government agencies, community partners, and private stakeholders to deliver events, overseeing logistics, manpower deployment, stakeholder coordination, and on-ground execution. I also bring close to 12 years of experience as a volunteer leader across different organisations, leading teams and supporting community initiatives. This has shaped my people-first approach and adaptability in dynamic environments. I’m the founder of WeaveWork Collective, a social enterprise focused on inclusive workforce pathways through real-world operational experiences. I can support mentees in exploring careers in operations, building practical execution skills, and translating ideas into well-run programmes."

I'm interested in Business and Enterprise, Digital and Technology, Education and Career, Mental Well-being, Social Cohesion and Volunteer and Philanthropy .

I've worked in Human Resource, Social Service, Sports and Training and Adult Education.
