"I am a clinician-leader and health services researcher with close to two decades of experience across Singapore’s healthcare system, spanning primary care, population health, and system-level programme governance. Trained in medicine, public health, and business administration, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective that integrates clinical insight with strategic and financial thinking. My work has focused on prevention, early intervention, and the design and evaluation of large-scale health programmes, including Ministry of Health–funded initiatives involving more than 10,000 participants.
