"I am a clinician-leader and health services researcher with close to two decades of experience across Singapore’s healthcare system, spanning primary care, population health, and system-level programme governance. Trained in medicine, public health, and business administration, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective that integrates clinical insight with strategic and financial thinking. My work has focused on prevention, early intervention, and the design and evaluation of large-scale health programmes, including Ministry of Health–funded initiatives involving more than 10,000 participants. I have collaborated with policymakers, senior clinicians, and data teams to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making. As a mentor, I offer guidance on healthcare strategy, clinical AI governance, health economics, and career development for those seeking to operate at the intersection of medicine, data, and systems leadership."
