Bhavya

About me

"I'm Bhavya and I have extensive experience across data science, machine learning, and applied AI, having worked with organisations like AIA, Grab, and KPMG. My focus has shifted from building models in isolation to leading AI adoption that changes how teams actually work, with hands-on depth in LLMs, RAG agents, LangChain, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows. I can help mentees with understanding career paths in data science, analytics, and AI strategy, navigating the shift from technical builder to AI transformation leader, and developing skills in AI governance, stakeholder communication, and driving GenAI adoption within organisations. Having worked across insurance, tech, and consulting, I can also help mentees navigate different industries and business models, find the right fit for their skills and interests, and think through risk-taking in career decisions, whether that's switching industries, taking on ambiguous roles, or moving between technical and strategic tracks."

I'm interested in Digital and Technology and Education and Career.

I've worked in Financial Services, Public Service and Training and Adult Education.
