About me

"I am a social worker, mentor and family practitioner with 17 years of experience journeying alongside children, youths and families, particularly those navigating adversity, justice involvement and transitions in life. As a Lead Social Worker, I supervise and develop practitioners, work across community and youth justice settings, and partner with schools, social service agencies and community stakeholders. I also serve as a SUSS and NUS field educator, supporting emerging social workers in their professional growth. My mentoring approach is grounded in connection before correction - creating safe spaces where young people can be heard, discover their strengths, take ownership and grow one step at a time. I believe meaningful change is often built through small, consistent moments of trust and encouragement. My motivation is faith-shaped: to steward what I have been entrusted with, serve people with humility and contribute to a wider ripple of hope and positive social impact."

I'm interested in Education and Career, Family and Relationships, Mental Well-being and Sports and Physical Well-being.

I've worked in Social Service.
