About me

"I am I-Ling, a media professional-turned-publicist-turned-policy wonk. I believe in self-transformation and have been energised by continuous learning and exploration throughout my career. Before I joined the public service, I had started my working life behind a microphone as a producer-presenter of Mandarin news and current affairs programmes at MediaCorp Radio Singapore. I have since served in different Singapore Government agencies and held various portfolios and leadership roles spanning across areas such as public policy, licensing, professional development, commercial and social communal facility planning, corporate and strategic communications, public outreach, and media and international relations. I would be glad to share perspectives on career and personal development, as well as my leadership and management experience with interested mentees."
