"I'm Sally and I have been with Singapore Police Force for more than 13 years, work in a Community Policing Unit for about 6 years, and have 4 years of experience working with youths and as schools Liaison officer, generally more on youth discipline and youth empowerment programmes with SHINE Children and Youth Services. I am keen to work with Youth Services to design programmes for at-risk youths, hoping to shape their mindset of offending and breaking the law, to become better youths not just in their lives, but to make sound choices and hopefully contribute back to the community, giving them a sense of purpose."
