"Hi, I am Sharmain, Founder and CEO of Total Wellness Initiative Singapore (TWIS), a social enterprise focused on preventive mental health and holistic wellbeing. Before TWIS, I spent over a decade across global and regional roles in industries including logistics, professional services, IT and cybersecurity, manufacturing, and market research. My work spanned organisational development, HR, people strategy, and business development across multiple countries simultaneously. Founded TWIS in 2022 to channel that experience into social impact. Today, TWIS has reached over 19,800 people across schools, workplaces, and communities. I am here for anyone who is curious and looking to grow together - whether you are navigating your career path, searching for direction, or wanting to build something with purpose, I am excited to meet you!"
