"I'm Zhi Ying, a UX Designer at GovTech with 15 years of combined experience in graphic design and UI/UX design. I work with cross-functional teams to research, design and improve digital experiences for businesses accessing government e-services, and I'm actively exploring how AI can enhance UX practice. Previously, I've worked in both startup and agency environments on projects spanning digital product design, branding, and visual communication for clients in aviation, education, financial services, retail, and more. I hold a BA (Hons) in Graphic Communication from NAFA, and I'm a Nielsen Norman Group UX Master Certified professional and an IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC). I enjoy sharing my experiences with aspiring and early-career designers, particularly in UI/UX, integrating AI into design workflows, and building a career in design."
