"I'm Zhi Ying, a UX Designer at GovTech with 15 years of combined experience in graphic design and UI/UX design. I work with cross-functional teams to research, design and improve digital experiences for businesses accessing government e-services, and I'm actively exploring how AI can enhance UX practice. Previously, I've worked in both startup and agency environments on projects spanning digital product design, branding, and visual communication for clients in aviation, education, financial services, retail, and more.
