"Driven by the belief that every challenge is an opportunity to create something better, I enjoy empowering youth to discover their strengths, embrace growth, and realise their potential. I’m Chianne, and I’ve spent 26 years in IT using technology to solve real problems and make a difference for people and communities. I’ve led digital transformation work that redesigned public services, launched national programs, and built products used by millions. But the part I love most is mentoring teams, coaching new talent, and helping ideas grow. I’m passionate about showing mentees how tech + strategy can create real change. As a certified Emergenetics trainer and PSD Ideathon mentor, I bring hands-on experience in product design, problem-solving, and collaboration into every conversation. I believe the best lessons come from building, testing, and learning from failure. My goal as your mentor is to support you in thinking critically, embracing innovation, and turning your ideas into action with confidence."
