After nearly three decades in the private sector, I transitioned to the public sector, bringing deep expertise in delivering large-scale, mission-critical services. I have a strong track record in building and leading high-performing teams across global environments, including in-house and outsourced models, consistently driving service excellence and operational efficiency. My technical expertise spans networking, cloud hosting, data centre operations, and end-user services, complemented by strengths in IT service management and operational leadership. At a strategic level, I am experienced in governance, financial and project management, procurement, and vendor management. I focused on optimising costs while improving service quality through innovation and continuous improvement, enabling organisations to enhance resilience and deliver sustainable, high-impact outcomes."
