"8 years across government technology, hyper-growth marketplaces, and SME enterprise development - spanning Southeast Asia, Europe, Latin America. Today I support portfolio management and product strategy at GovTech Singapore's Product Strategy Office, helping shape direction across 60+ digital products serving 100+ government agencies. Before that, I spent 4 years at Shopee as a product manager building logistics technology - from API integrations with last-mile partners to internal tools for sorting hubs and warehouse operations - helping scale daily order volume from 0 to 1, and 1 to 100, across Southeast Asia, Europe, and Latin America. I started my career at Enterprise Singapore, working directly with small medium enterprises on digital transformation, internationalisation, and securing government support - which still shapes how I approach customer empathy today. I mentor on: working in product without a traditional tech background, transitioning between government and commercial sectors, portfolio-level versus feature-level thinking, and scaling products in emerging markets."
