"I’m Colonel and I have over a year of experience in Human Resources Consulting (Change Management) and Organisation and Talent Development. I’m currently a consulting analyst at Deloitte, looking at human capital solutions for businesses (change management, strategic workforce planning). I am also working on an internal project to improve AI capabilities in our firm’s service offerings. I read and write avidly and always try to connect the dots between what I read with lifelong learning. On the side, I have been volunteering with Youth Corps Singapore since 2021, on causes ranging from mental wellness to promoting youth volunteerism. I hope to help mentees discover their career pathways in the corporate world as well as the public sector, as well as develop their AI and research skills."
