Eileen L.

Strategic Operations Lead, beIN Sports

About me

"I'm Eileen, with over twenty years in media and entertainment across Asia-Pacific, leading production and creative operations at beIN Sports, SPH Media, The Walt Disney Company and Warner Bros. Discovery. Much of my work has involved managing people and competing priorities, and making decisions that rarely come with perfect answers. I work with mentees on uncertain moves, difficult stakeholder relationships, career progression and identifying what is really holding them back. I'm practical and direct, with a focus on sharpening judgement rather than simply solving the immediate problem."

I'm interested in Digital and Technology, Education and Career, Family and Relationships, Mental Well-being and Sports and Physical Well-being.

I've worked in Media.
