"I’m Felicia and I have been in the tech industry for about 5 years now, focusing on sales development and testing tools which potentially bring greater efficiency. I would love to help mentees with understanding possible career paths in sales, and developing a resilient mindset in today’s fast-moving landscape. With the rise of AI, we must not view it as a threat but instead think about how are we leveraging AI to improve our skill sets and value-add in ways AI still can’t. Technology aside, burn out is a very real issue in the workplace today and it is a key topic to be discussed. Besides coaching my mentees on how to build a winning mindset at work, it will also be my priority to remind them on setting boundaries so they protect their lives outside of work."
