Throughout my career, I have been passionate about quality—whether it is ensuring the accuracy of data, improving processes, or encouraging a mindset of excellence in everyday life. As a mentor, I guide mentees to understand the importance of education, accountability, and continuous learning. I help them explore different career paths, identify their strengths, and develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve their goals.
