"Hi, I’m Masni Goh. I spent over 20 years in leadership and sales strategy roles with global companies like Hewlett Packard, Plantronics, Polycom and Veeam Software before starting my coaching practice, MindCoach.sg. Now I work as a Transitions Strategist, creating a safe space for students and young professionals to figure out their next steps in studies and careers, especially when they feel unsure, are exploring different industries or moving from school into working life. Outside of work, I enjoy scuba diving and watching Korean dramas, which helps me keep life balanced and reminds me that progress often comes one small step at a time."
