About me

"I'm Jiayi, a UX designer with close to 5 years of experience building digital products for the Singapore government. I studied in China, did my master's in the US, and eventually found my footing here in Singapore. That cross-cultural path has shaped how I approach design and products. Most recently, I've been creating Gen AI tools that help public officers draft content faster and more effectively. My work sits at the intersection of UX and product thinking, where understanding user needs and making the right product decisions go hand in hand.
