About me

"I am Ker Yih, an Operations Manager with the Ministry of Education, with a background as a former Airforce Engineer. My experience spans operations management, safety and security, infrastructure maintenance, and emergency preparedness. I have led and supported initiatives in school estate management, incident response, and compliance, ensuring safe and conducive environments for staff and students. Beyond my professional role, I am actively involved in community service as an SCDF Community First Responder and a founding member of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Singapore. I am passionate about mentoring and supporting others in areas such as career transitions, operations and safety management, and public service pathways. I can also share insights on leadership, resilience, and navigating meaningful careers that create positive impact."
