About me

"I am Harry, a sport psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting junior and senior high-performing elite athletes and coaches, some of whom have won medals at regional and international competitions, as well as represented Singapore at major games such as Asian Games, Youth Olympics, and the Olympics. I am particularly interested in helping individuals maximise their potential without sacrificing their mental well-being. My own education and career paths have not followed the typical Singaporean template, having struggled academically from an early age, starting at PSLE and then later on at A levels. I hope I can use my life experiences and journey to guide mentees who find themselves in a similar situation to figure out how best to navigate it."
